Senior Persons Living Connected aims to provide older adults with the support they need to remain living in their homes. Our Supportive Housing helps older adults who live in our rental housing and those who reside at Wishing Well Manor (a Toronto Community Housing building) have the care they need. Maintaining independence and preventing unnecessary admission into long term care can be as simple as having someone to help with cleaning, or receiving a bit of help with personal care. SPLC is committed to helping you and your loved one!
Our Supportive Housing program offers:
- medication reminding and monitoring
- light meal preparation
- assistance with personal care
- light housekeeping
- recreation and socialization
- 24-hr emergency response system
Our Supportive Housing service is free to tenants that qualify based on assessed need.
