We are a mask-friendly environment.
Participants are welcome to wear a mask, but it is not mandatory.
Payment Options:
1. For amounts $10 and over, you must pay with a credit card (online or in-person at the recreation office, Monday-Friday 9:30am-4pm.)
2. For amounts under $10, you can pay:
a) Online with a credit card
b) In-person with a credit card at the recreation office, Monday-Friday 9:30am-4pm.
c) In person with cash or with a cheque, made payable to Senior Persons Living Connected at the recreation office Monday-Friday 9:30am-4pm.
3. For free events, please select “in-person” to complete registration online, and there is no need to come onsite.
Pre-registration is required. A receipt will be provided.
Cancellations
Programs/events may be cancelled due to low registration. Participants will be informed of changes via email and provided a full refund.
Withdrawal from program
To ensure everyone has an equal opportunity to enroll in a class, a $10 administrative fee will be charged for each class withdrawal.
Notification of withdrawal/cancellation is required at least 3 business days prior to the second class to ensure proper refunds. Any request past the second class will not be refunded.
Refunds
Registration for special events is non-refundable.
Request for refunds must be done in person at the recreation office or by email at recreation@splc.ca
Refund cheques are mailed within 2 weeks or can be picked up at the time of attending the class
