The Ontario Trillium Foundation (OTF) has generously awarded SPLC with a grant to improve our Adult Day Program space. Building inclusive and engaged communities together, this initiative will help people who are isolated have connections in their community, and will have an impact on the lives of 3,400 people in the community.
