- If your application is selected, someone from our Human Resources team will contact you for an initial phone screening interview. This is a chance for us to learn more about you, your skills and qualification.
- At this stage, you may be called on for a formal interview with our hiring panel. Our interviews are currently being held virtually. This is an opportunity for our hiring team to ask more questions, and it’s also a chance for you to ask questions to help determine whether SPLC is the right fit. If you are selected as a successful candidate, SPLC will contact your references.
- Those selected will be made an official offer of employment.
