St. Paul's L'Amoreaux Centre is excited to announce our annual Active Living Fair. This event is an important event for the local community to learn about: staying healthy and active through exercise, nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices! It includes: a healthy food market, a plant sale, games, prizes, smoothie demonstrations (& samples), free healthy food, exercise classes, physical activity demonstrations and activities for the young and young at heart!
