Active Living Fair

Join St. Paul's L'Amoreaux Centre's Community for our Annual Active Living Fair this year taking place on Saturday September 27th between 10 am and 2 pm. We'll have Tai Chi, Nia and Chair Yoga demonstrations, interactive booths that measure your blood pressure and provide information about healthy grocery shopping, and a team of professionals on hand to answer your questions.

St. Paul's L'Amoreaux Centre is thrilled to announce that we have just been awarded Accreditation with Exemplary Standing from Accreditation Canada. What does this mean? We've been awarded the highest achievement any agency can receive from an Accreditation body and is reserved for health care organizations who can demonstrate that they are providing the highest level of excellence in all aspects of health and community care including safety and ethics; it also means we are among the best organizations in Canada.April 6th to 12th is National Volunteer Week
