A very special thank you to the GAIN Community Team who officially launched the Geriatric Assessment and Intervention Network (GAIN) Community Team on Friday September 26th. The Open House was attended by the Central East LHIN, our Community Partners , other GAIN Community and Hospital Teams, our Board Members and the staff involved in the inception, design and running of the clinic. MP Arnold Chan and MPP Soo Wong were also in attendance. There will be an Open House for staff on Friday October 17th, we look forward to seeing you there!
