The work of SPLC GAIN Community Team Pharmacist, Jenny Wong has been published as a Clinical Feature in Pharmacy Practice + Business (January / February 2019 vol.6 No.1) publication.
The feature aims to help pharmacists enhance the level of care for seniors, and is titled "Optimizing Care of Older Patients: Tips, tools and resources to help pharmacists with geriatric care.
Jenny has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto, is a Board Certified Geriatric Pharmacist (BCGP), and a Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE). She has been a valued member of SPLC's GAIN team since 2014, and we are so proud to see her hard work be recognized!
