St. Paul's L'Amoreaux Centre has over 500 volunteers, each one helping us do the work we do to transform the lives of local seniors. We value our volunteers and it is important to us as an organization that we take the time to get their feedback about their experience with our organization. Volunteers Matter To Us!
To ensure we provide our volunteers with opportunities to provide feedback about what we do well, where we could strengthen our support and what their need are, we not only ensure that voluteers have access to a supervisor, but we also conduct an Annual Volunteer Satisfaction Survey. This survey gives everyone partnering with us the chance to give important feedback that helps to shape our organization and the care we give.
We are now asking our currrent volunteers, and those who volunteered with us in 2014, to take the time to fill out a quick online survey. Answers are confidential and non-identifying.
