Payment Options:

Participants must pay with a credit card through the online registration form for amounts over $10. After submitting the form, participants will receive a receipt via the email used on the registration form.
In person with cash ($10 and under) or with a cheque, made payable to Senior Persons Living Connected at the recreation office Monday-Friday, 9:30am-4:30pm. Pre-registration required. A receipt will be provided.
In person with credit card, at the recreation office Monday-Friday, 9am-12pm. Pre-registration required. A receipt will be provided.

Cancellations

Programs/events may be cancelled due to low registration. Participants will be informed of changes via email and provided a full refund.

Withdrawal from program

To ensure everyone has an equal opportunity to enroll in a class, a $10 administrative fee will be charged for each class withdrawal.

Notification of withdrawal/cancellation is required at least 3 business days prior to the second class to ensure proper refunds. Any request past the second class will not be refunded.

Refunds

Registration for special events is non-refundable.

Request for refunds must be done in person at the recreation office or by email at recreation@splc.ca

Refund cheques are mailed within 2 weeks or can be picked up at the time of attending the class
